All you need to do is get in touch with the Madrid Tourist Board at descubremadridptm@munimadrid.es, giving at least 10 days notice, and you will have the guided tour at the time and place you wish.
The Madrid Tourist Board has set up the Discover Madrid Club. To join, all you have to do is leave your personal data at the Tourist Information Office on Plaza Mayor and you will be given a Discover Madrid Club card which will allow you to take part in special visits and promotions.
