Anyone can advertise its apartment in a few minutes but nobody will check the accuracy of the information, nor the quality of the apartment or about if the landlord will give good attention to its guests.

La crisis en España ha aumentado enormemente la oferta de apartamentos que se alquilan por periodos cortos en Madrid. Este hecho, que a priori puede parecer ventajoso para aquellos que buscan alquilar un apartamento por días, semanas o meses, no lo es tanto, si tenemos en cuenta lo siguiente:

1.- Muchos propietarios que intentaban vender su casa, pero debido a que el mercado de la venta se ha parado completamente, han optado por alquilar sus pisos por días, semanas y meses.
